By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Discover San Ramon, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of Discover San Ramon, participating hotels, prize partners, and affiliated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Friday, June 19 and ends on Friday, July 3 at 12 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period may not be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address via the official online entry form. Participants may earn one (1) additional bonus entry by participating in the designated giveaway post on the official Discover San Ramon Instagram profile (@DiscoverSanRamonCA). Submission of multiple entries beyond these parameters may result in disqualification of all associated entries.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the official online giveaway form, providing their first name, last name, valid email address, Instagram handle, and Zip Code. To qualify for the bonus entry, participants must visit the specific giveaway post on the @DiscoverSanRamonCA Instagram profile, follow both @DiscoverSanRamonCA and @CityCenterBishopRanch, “Like” the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments section.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- VIP seats for two (2) to the Lee Ritenour Jazz Concert at City Center Bishop Ranch on July 25, 2026
- Prix fixe dinner for two (2) at Slanted Door San Ramon at 5:00 PM on July 25, 2026
- One (1) two-night hotel stay at Residence Inn Marriott San Ramon
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $600.
Prize components are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged. Any additional expenses not specifically stated herein, including transportation, parking, gratuities, incidental hotel charges, taxes, or personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted via email on or around Friday, July 3. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is deemed ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Discover San Ramon and its promotional partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, photographs, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Discover San Ramon, participating hotels, Slanted Door San Ramon, City Center Bishop Ranch, concert organizers, promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Technical failures of any kind
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Website, server, or network malfunctions
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Errors in the administration of the giveaway
- Cancellation, postponement, or modification of any concert, reservation, or travel-related component
Cancellation / Force Majeure
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, public health events, venue closures, artist cancellations, weather conditions, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
In such cases, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or award the prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
Privacy
Information collected through this giveaway may be used by Discover San Ramon for marketing and promotional communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:
- Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action;
- Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the giveaway; and
- The giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
